How tracking works

  • Processing: We’re printing your item(s).
  • Label created: A tracking number exists; movement usually appears within 24–48 hours after carrier pickup.
  • In transit: Your package is on the way and scanning through hubs.
  • Out for delivery: Expect delivery today.
  • Delivered: Check mailbox/porch/package room.

Heads up: During peak seasons or severe weather, scans may update more slowly.

  • Address update or order edit: Contact us before shipment. We’ll do our best to help.

“Delivered” but not received?

  1. Verify the address on the tracking page.
  2. Check with neighbors/building office/package room.
  3. Wait 24 hours—some carriers pre-scan as delivered.
