Orders & Production

What does “made to order” mean?

We print your item after you place the order. This reduces waste and keeps designs fresh.

When will my order enter production?

Cut-off time: 2:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday–Friday.

  • Orders before 2:00 PM CT enter the queue the same business day.
  • Orders after 2:00 PM CT (or on weekends/US holidays) enter the queue the next business day.

How long does production take?

Typically 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

What products do you make?

Graphic T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, and Mugs—printed in the USA.

Which garments do you use?

Mainly Gildan, Comfort Colors, and Bella Canvas (style varies by product).


Shipping & Tracking

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, Free Shipping within the USA.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated 4–7 business days once shipped. Weather/peak seasons may affect timing.

Which carriers do you use?

USPS, UPS, or FedEx—chosen automatically based on destination and package size.

How do I track my package?

We email a tracking number when the label is created. Movement usually appears within 24–48 hours after carrier pickup.

Will my items arrive together?

Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages to speed up delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently USA only (we’ll update this if that changes).


Order Changes, Cancellations & Address Issues

Can I change my order or address?

Contact us before shipment. Once a label is created or a package has shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.

My package shows “delivered” but I don’t have it—what now?

  1. Check the address on the tracking page
  2. Look with neighbors/building office
  3. Wait 24 hours (some carriers pre-scan)
  4. Contact us and we’ll assist

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return window?

60 days from delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging.

Are returns free?

Yes—free return label for eligible U.S. returns and no restocking fees.

What if my item is defective or I received the wrong item?

We’ll replace it free or issue a refund after quick verification (photos help).


Sizing, Materials & Care

What’s the fit like?

Mostly unisex. Check the size info on each product page.

What fabrics do you use?

Cotton or cotton-blend depending on garment.

How should I care for my shirt?

Machine wash cold, inside-out; avoid harsh bleach; tumble dry low.


Payments, Taxes & Security

Which payment methods do you accept?

PayPal and Debit/Credit Cards via PayPal Guest Checkout (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover). No PayPal account required.

When am I charged?

At checkout—production starts right away.

Do you charge sales tax?

Any applicable taxes appear at checkout before you pay.

Is checkout secure?

Payments are processed by PayPal over TLS. We don’t store full card numbers on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.


Designs & IP

Are your designs official?

No. Our graphics are fan-made and not affiliated with or licensed by any team, brand, or IP holder. Any names/symbols—if referenced—are descriptive of inspiration only; all trademarks belong to their owners.

Will colors match what I see on my screen?

We aim for accurate color, but display settings and print processes can cause minor variation.


Discounts & Gift Options

Can I stack discount codes?

Promotions/codes generally can’t be combined unless stated otherwise. If you run into a code issue, contact us and we’ll help.

Do you offer gift messages or gift receipts?

Not yet. If needed, tell support and we’ll see what’s possible.


Personalization & Bulk Orders

Do you offer personalized designs?

Not at this time. If you need minor text tweaks for a special event, contact support—case-by-case approval.

Do you handle group or bulk orders?

Yes for some styles—email us with quantities, sizes, and deadline.
