1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to: All 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to: International destinations at this time.

2. Handling Time

Orders are processed within: 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) are processed the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time after your order is shipped:

  • Domestic (USA): 4–7 business days
  • International: Not available at this time

Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier capacity, weather, and peak seasons.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping rates:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): Free
  • Express Shipping: Not currently offered

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

5. Shipping Carriers

We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected based on destination and package size). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Note: tracking movement may take 24–48 hours to appear after carrier pickup.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email or via our Track Your Order page.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to international addresses at this time. Certain items may be restricted by local laws or carrier limitations.
