Shipping Policy
We want your order to arrive on time and in great condition. This page explains how we produce, ship, and track your items.

- Transit time (USA): 4–7 business days
- Shipping fee: Free within the USA
- Tracking: Emailed automatically when the label is created
- Support response time: Within 1 business day
All items are made to order and printed in the USA with vetted fulfillment partners for consistent quality.
Order Cut-Off Time
- Cut-off: 2:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday–Friday.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT enter the production queue the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, or on weekends/US holidays, enter the queue the next business day.
Processing (Production) Time
- We start producing your item after you place the order.
- Standard production time is 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- During peak seasons (Halloween, Christmas, etc.), production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time & Cost
- United States: Estimated 4–7 business days once shipped.
- Cost: Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
- Delivery estimates may vary by destination, carrier capacity, and weather.
Carriers & Tracking
- We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and package size.
- A tracking number is sent automatically to your email once the label is created.
- Tracking movement typically appears within 24–48 hours after carrier pickup.
Split Shipments
- To speed things up, multi-item orders may ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers at no extra cost.
Address Changes & Order Edits
- If you need to fix the shipping address or adjust your order, contact us before the order ships.
- Once a label has been created or the order has shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you.
- We can reship to a corrected address; additional shipping fees may apply in that case.
Delays Outside Our Control
- Severe weather, carrier backlogs, and peak-season surges can affect delivery times.
- We’ll keep you updated and work with the carrier if we detect unusual delays.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
- Damaged on arrival: Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we’ll assist with a replacement or resolution after a carrier investigation.
Marked “delivered” but not received:
- Verify the address on the tracking page
- Check with neighbors/building office
- Wait 24 hours (some carriers pre-scan)
- Contact us if still missing
